DJ Bobby Steele, owner:

Bobby's DJ career began back in 1984. Being a life-long roller skater, Bobby began to DJ at the Christiana Skating Center in Newark, Delaware. While there for five years, he gained an excellent understanding of entertaining for all ages and a base knowledge for dance music.

Then in late 80's, Bobby began spinning hits for nightclubs in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also DJ'd in clubs and opened for National Recording Acts, giving him experience in emcee skills and crowd motivating techniques. While continuing to DJ in clubs, Bobby began to work for a mobile DJ company providing entertainment for wedding receptions and corporate functions. Bobby received extensive training on proper wedding reception procedures and etiquette. He also learned how to organize and "emcee" events for a variety of mobile events including a range of cultural traditions and ethnicities.

In the 1990's, Bobby continued to DJ for countless club & mobile events, from small parties to large venues with thousands of guests. He also attended training at annual DJ expos. This dedication has strengthened his commitment to provide professional DJ services and shows he will continue to provide trustworthy entertainment at an affordable cost.

In 2004, Bobby relocated from the mid-Atlantic area to central Florida. As owner of Platinum Disc Jockey Entertainment, he continues to entertain celebrations in the central Florida area from Tampa to Daytona Beach. And he still roller skates. And the company has grown too! - now offering specialty accent & uplighting, monograms, music videos, karaoke and more. Let us help design your next amazing celebration!


Angel "DJ Ninja" Rolon:
Throughout his life Angel has played music for family and friends. Entertaining Latin house parties and family get togethers.

After joining the Navy Angel took his love of entertainment on the road, traveling throughout Europe, the Mediterranean and Asia providing the latest sound to all that his friends and strangers alike. Never really wanting to make a job out of his love for music, he kept the exposure of his talents limited to a chosen few.

Everything changed after meeting Bobby Steele. He convinced Angel to share his love of "The Music" and branch out by joining Platinum Disc Jockey Entertainment. It has become perfect combination with the added Latin Flare.

OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE:
Personal Consultation - We will have a personal meeting at least one month before your event (not one or two days before). This allows us to get organized in advance and prevent last minute decisions. One week before your party, we will check with you to make any final confirmations.

Early Arrival - We arrive at least two (2) hours before your celebration. Arriving early allows us to be set up and check our equipment before your guests arrive.

Appropriate Attire - Your event may require a formal tuxedo, semi-formal, or a casual hawaiian shirt. Whatever the occassion, we will dress appropriately.

Professional Conduct - We do not drink alcohol or smoke before, during or after your event. We treat everyone with professional courtesy. When children are present, we work hard to keep objectionable lyrics out of our show and keep it "family friendly."

Prodessional Equipment - Our sound system is the best in terms of sound clarity, definition and reliability. Our high quality equipment includes professional brands, such as Bose® speakers, Crown amplifiers, Behringer sound processors and Shure microphones. Our main speakers are elevated on stands to project the sound above the crowd, not into them. Proper speaker placement allows coverage of a large area without having to crank the volume to excessive levels. Our equipment is rack mounted, concealed and appears attractive.

Music Volume - During cocktails and dinner we play music softly enough for conversations (without having to shout). When it's time to dance, the music is made slightly louder. Usually we are right on the money with our volume settings, but if you find it to be too loud or too soft, tell us and we'll adjust the volume to your preference.

Secure Service with a Written Contract - You will be provided a copy of our contract for your records. Your event is secured when we receive the signed contract with a security deposit of $200.00. This deposit goes toward your account balance, which can be settled, at or before your event.

Extended Service - If you decide you want the party to continue beyond its scheduled time, we will be available for two additional hours (at the contracted overtime rate).

Our Guarantee - If we do not meet all your contracted requirements for your event, we will refund 100% of your contracted amount.
