You Are The Stars, Not Us - As professional event entertainers, we do not try to be the center of attention, stand on tables, make wisecracks or scream at your guests. We keep the spotlight on the guests of honor and on great music.

Guest Involvement - We interact and have fun with your guests, but we know where the appropriate style stops and obnoxious behavior begins. We do not ask your guests to sing songs or play tacky games like "pass our business card around". DJ's trying to drum up business use these tactics.

Professional Conduct - We are skilled at introductions and announcements. Any special activities during your party will be coordinated with your other service professionals and handled with experienced planning.

No Advertising During Your Event - We do not have our name in lights! Our professional equipment is pleasing to the eye without company banners or signs.

Personable, Dependable Service - We have built a solid reputation on balancing fun and dignity to create celebrations that entertain and impress you and your guests.

OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE:
Personal Consultation - We will have a personal meeting at least one month before your event (not one or two days before). This allows us to get organized in advance and prevent last minute decisions. One week before your party, we will check with you to make any final confirmations.

Early Arrival - We arrive 90 (ninety) minutes before your celebration. Arriving early allows us to be set up and sound-check our equipment before your guests arrive.

Appropriate Attire - Your event may require formal tuxedos, semi-formal, or a casual hawaiian shirt. Whatever the occassion, we will dress appropriately.

Professional Conduct - We do not drink alcohol or smoke before, during or after your event. We treat everyone with professional courtesy. When children are present, we work hard to keep objectionable lyrics out of our show and keep it "family friendly."

Prodessional Equipment - Our sound system is the best in terms of sound clarity, definition and reliability. Our high quality equipment includes

professional brands, such as Bose® speakers, Crown amplifiers, Behringer sound processors and Shure microphones. Our main speakers are elevated on stands to project the sound above the crowd, not into them. Proper speaker placement allows coverage of a large area without having to crank the volume to excessive levels. Our equipment is rack mounted, concealed and appears attractive.

Music Volume - During cocktails and dinner we play music softly enough for conversations (without having to shout). When it's time to dance, the music is made slightly louder. Usually we are right on the money with our volume settings, but if you find it to be too loud or too soft, tell us and we'll adjust the volume to your preference.

Secure Service with a Written Contract - You will be provided a copy of our contract for your records. Your event is secured

when we receive the signed contract with a security deposit of $200.00. This deposit goes toward your account balance, which can be settled, at or before your event.

Extended Service - If you decide you want the party to continue beyond its scheduled time, we will be available for two additional hours (at the contracted overtime rate).

Our Guarantee - If we do not meet all your contracted requirements for your event, we will refund 100% of your contracted amount.
